Ground transportation:
Transportation to and from the hotel can be arranged through Satrans. Reservations for travel to the hotel from the airport are not required. Tickets can be purchased curb side outside the baggage area at terminals 1 and 2. Reservations however, are recommended for return trips to the airport and can be made by calling 210-281-9900. A 24 hour notice is required. The rate is $14 each way or $24 round trip. *Satrans shuttles are wheelchair accessible.*

Refund policy:
Cancellation prior to September 30, 2007 - a full refund will be given; cancellation on or after October 1, 2007 - there will be a $100 service charge; no refund will be given after October 15, 2007.

Hotel reservations in our room block must be made no later than October 15, 2007. Please inform the reservation agent that you will be attending the CSAVR conference.
The cutoff date for reservations is Monday, October 15th, or when the room block is full, whichever comes first. Reservations received after October 15th will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing nightly rate.
Important notice: all reservation cancellations in the CSAVR/NCSAB room block should be made through Kymberli Rand at CSAVR.
