Employment Committee
2007-2008 Committee Goals
This Committee is charged with the consideration of issues relative to training and placement in the employment of persons with disabilities through the Public Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
Goal #1
To develop a National VR-Business Network that is modeled on a "one-company" approach to serving business customers through a national VR Team that specializes in employer development, business consulting and corporate relations. The Network will result in the development of long-term customer relations with business for the purpose of meeting their employment needs through the referral, hiring and retention of VR consumers with disabilities.

To develop a common vision on the delivery of Goal #1 (recommendation from 2007 CSAVR Summer Executive Committee Members)
