Partnership and Alliance Committee
2006-2007
Committee Goals
This Committee is charged with identifying and
cultivating relationships with our rehabilitation partners on
the local, regional, and national level to enhance consideration
of, and deliberation on, issues affecting the actual direct
delivery of rehabilitation services by the State-Federal
Rehabilitation Program.
GOALS:
1. Continue outreach to
other potential partners in the disability community.
2. Develop ways of continuing the relationships which
we can form with potential partners and alliances.
STRATEGIES:
1. During the CSAVR
Fall Training Conference, identify groups from the
local/regional area who can present to CSAVR’s Committee; this
would allow these groups to learn about CSAVR and for us to
engage them in our Committee.
2. What ever contacts we make in the fall need to be carried
forward to our Spring Conference with an opportunity to begin an
active relationship. This can be done if we use this Committee
to participate in an ongoing fashion with “new” partners.
