Attached please find the CSAVR White Paper on Video Relay Service (VRS) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI). VRS/VRI are dynamic new services to assist with communication issues often faced by our agencies in relation to serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients. This document explains these services as they relate to provision within the Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
